Jim Jacobs is an owner of Best Option Restoration of South Charlotte. He is originally from New Jersey but moved to the Carolinas with the hope of a lifestyle change and the added benefit of warmer weather. Jim has a well-rounded construction background that he’s been actively working at since a young age. In addition, he has worked in the technology/finance industry for over 20 years. He enjoys life with his wife Bianca and their five children. Growing up in with a faith based background, he is grounded on principles of honesty, integrity and a heart to serve others.

After dealing with the stress of having a dishwasher leak causing water damage in our flooring, Best Option Restoration was recommended to us by our plumber. They were amazing to work with. They made everything easy for us and gave us so many resources to get everything fixed. Billy was our man on site and he was absolutely amazing. He (and the whole team really) went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. 10 out of 10.

The team at Best Option Restoration were wonderful to work with. They came out promptly late at night and worked for several weeks to be sure water damage was mitigated thoroughly. Their entire staff is super friendly and extremely capable. Billy communicated daily updates with me while I was out of my home which put my mind at ease and was greatly appreciated.
